What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

Do your products come with a guarantee or warranty?

Every product we sell meets our stringent quality and design requirements. Our job is not done until we have exceeded your expectations. Our team commits to 100% satisfaction on colour and workmanship — guaranteed.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, product is not exchangeable nor refundable. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

Who do you ship with?

We use USPS Ground Shipping into the United States and Canada Post for shipments within Canada. FedEx or corporate couriers as requested. Shipping is not included.

What’s your standard turnaround time?

Orders will be processed within two to four business days. For customized products, our turnaround time is 5 business days plus shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship outside of USA and Canada using FedEx.

Help! I need a rush order!

We can rush products easily when they are in-stock. These rush orders will ship out within 24 hours plus shipping time. Rush fees may apply.

How can I pay?

We accept checks and money orders. Invoicing is permitted on approved terms only. All prices are in US/Canadian dollars with exchange rate on par. Please contact us directly for a Merchant Credit Card Application if interested in paying with either VISA or MasterCard.
